This is the 4/20 extra special workout selection dedicated to a very dear friend Jacqueline.


420 Special Edition Workout

This workout was designed for someone who is a regular runner, but


Mobility Warm Up: 0 = untimed

  • Glute Bridge March: 20 reps

  • Rotating Side Plank (left): 10 reps

  • Rotating Side Plank (right): 10 reps

  • Hip Opener (left): 10 reps

  • Hip Opener (right): 10 reps

  • Walking Lunges with Twist: 10 reps alternating

  • Good Mornings (banded or weighted): 15-20 reps


Warm Up: 0

  • 4/2 mile run


CNS Prep: 2 sets

  • Side Kick Through (alt): 8 reps

  • Crab Reach (alt.): 8 reps


Block A (pre-roll): 4 sets

  • SKB Romanian Deadlifts: 8 reps

  • Goblet Squats: 8 reps

  • SKB Dead Stop Swings: 8 reps


Block B (dabs): 2 sets

  • SKB Front Lunge (left): 4 reps

  • Cossack Squat (left): 4 reps

  • SKB Reverse Lunge (left): 4 reps

  • SKB Front Lunge (right): 4 reps

  • Cossack Squat (right): 4 reps

  • SKB Reverse Lunge (right): 4 reps


Decompression: 0

  • Pigeon Pose: 42 second hold each leg

  • Downward Dog Pose: 42 second hold

  • Child's Pose: 42 second hold
