Physical causes include cardiovascular issues (hypertension, atherosclerosis), diabetes, hormonal imbalances (low testosterone), or neurological conditions. Psychological factors like stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship problems can also contribute.


Treatment options range from lifestyle changes (exercise, healthy diet, stress management) to medications like phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors (e.g., Viagra), vacuum erection devices, penile implants, or counseling.

2. Premature Ejaculation

What is it?

Premature ejaculation involves ejaculating sooner than desired, often with minimal sexual stimulation.


Psychological factors such as performance anxiety, stress, or relationship issues can contribute. Sometimes, it may be linked to underlying medical conditions or neurological factors.
