Embracing the ancient Greek concept of the 'Infield'āa communal space for athleticism and knowledgeāwe provide all the equipment you need to have a great workout in the sun. From strength training tools like kettlebells, to recovery tools like Thereaguns and ice baths, . āMeet up for group workouts, or session solo. We welcome all levels of fitness.

Functional Weights
Cast-iron kettlebell pairs up to 53 lbs. Dumbbells range from 2.5 to 20 lbs. Barbells, depending on location.

Bands, Balls, & Mats
Oversized loops for resistance and assisted exercises, sports balls, and yoga mats for cushioning and ground-based movements.

Food & Snacks
We offer complimentary nutrition from Skratch Labs & Stoke Provisions, plus free coffee, and the occasional recovery cocktail.

Recovery
Ice bath supplied by Live Well Recover, available in summer only.

Hydration Station
Water station provided for drinking, and a pressurized shower for rinsing off.
Minimal yet functional, our pop-up outdoor gym moves around Town Lake and provides everything you need for a great session.
Essentials
What to bring?
Water
Hydration is important.
We often supply hydration supplements and additional water for free. But not always. Come prepared with your own just in case.
Yoga Mat
Or other type of mat.
What's important is padding between you and the ground. We use them for stretching and movements on the ground. It also helps organize our space.
* We have 2 extra yoga mats in case you forget yours. First come first serve.
Snack
A little goes a long way.
Coach Izzie can get a little hangry without some snacks. So she recommends mandarines or protein snacks if you get a bit hungry. Sometimes we end up going pretty hard all day and you just need a snack.
Hat
It helps with the sun.
This is actually a recommendation from a Infield member who saw Paulo running around in his Titliest hat and said he wish he'd brought one too. Listen to the kid. It'll help with the sun.

Frequently Asked Questions
Single day passes are $10 per person. Memberships start at $30/month and include access to all events.
Absolutely. The gym is designed for all levels, from first-timers to seasoned athletes. Even our group workouts can be modified to match your fitness level.
Nope! But you can if you want. We provide kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, and other functional training gear. Just bring water, a towel or yoga mat, and your energy.
You can find us in the heart of Austin, Texas, at Zilker Park. We occasionally pop-up in other areas around town, so be sure to follow us on instagram @yudaewellness for updates on location. Look for the YUDAE banner and table setup on Saturday mornings during our sessions!
The YUDAE Outdoor Gym is an outdoor, open-air training space designed for functional fitness, strength training, and community workouts. Itās a space where you can move, lift, and train outside.
Tracking your workouts, noting the number of repetitions, and observing improvements in strength and endurance are great indicators. Additionally, take progress photos and celebrate even the small victories along your fitness journey.
