what we do at

Saturday Service

8 am

COFFEE

We open the morning serving some free energy. Lately that's been in the form of fresh Cuban-style coffee and the cold plunge Breathe Pod. Occasionally we may serve tea. Updates served on Instagram.

9 am

FUN

Once everyone has some energy to get moving, we make it easy by starting with some fun games and community sports.

We like to kick the soccer ball around to warm up the legs, get the heart pumping, and start sweating!

P.S. No prior skill is required to have fun here. We welcome all levels of athleticism and fitness.

10 am

GAMES

Using the epic Yudae Training Card Game we group up and get after it for about 1 hour of strength and conditioning training led by our favorite coach Izzie.

11 am

CHILL 

At this point most everyone is pretty gassed from the workout and the pre game, so we spend time hanging out, decompressing, maybe jump back in the Cold Plunge or head to Barton Springs (free side) for a quick dip.

12 pm

FOOD

Pack it all in and head for food. We usually go to Asado's taqueria or a nearby Mexican food restaurant.

Things to bring

Water

Hydration is important.

We often supply hydration supplements and additional water for free. But not always. Come prepared with your own just in case.

Yoga Mat

Or other type of mat.

What's important is padding between you and the ground. We use them for stretching and movements on the ground. It also helps organize our space.

* We have 2 extra yoga mats in case you forget yours. First come first serve.

Snack

A little goes a long way.

Coach Izzie recommends snacks, like mandarines, to eat if you're hungry. Sometimes we end up going pretty hard all day and you just need a snack.

Hat

It helps with the sun.

This is actually a recommendation from a SatSer attendee who saw Paulo running around in his Titliest hat and said he wish he'd brought one too. Listen to the kid. It'll help with the sun.
