I like to make my workouts fun and different each time I workout but coming up with a variety of workouts can be work in itself - this deck makes it effortless and I feel like I will never do the same workout twice! I love that the deck brings ease and creativity into my regular workout routine. A must have if you have a difficult time knowing what to do, how to coordinate it all together, and/or if you just want to spruce up a routine! Five star purchase for sure!
I have been using these for the group workouts I coach on the weekends. They are phenomenal!!!
The day before the workout meet-up I open the deck and go through the cards to create the workout my class will do.
Sometimes I’ll have them pick a card at random to make a full workout on the spot. It adds a level of fun you normally don’t get with planning workouts.
It’s a time-consuming process but now it has become a bit of a fun game thanks to these cards.
